We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Beach Resort Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Kids Club program and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and assist in the delivery of the program and activities.
  2. Use initiative to come up with new ideas and suggestions to further improve the kids club.
  3. Motivate and encourage staff to ensure their best performance.
