Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Validation and Implementation: Validate and implement policies and internal control systems across all departments, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Oversight: Oversee the effective implementation of organizational policies and procedures, identifying areas of non-compliance and escalating to department heads for corrective action.
  • Internal Audit and Compliance: Schedule, conduct, and report on routine internal audits to ensure conformity with company policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, providing guidance to senior management on risk management strategies.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports on the status of compliance within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall governance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Law, or a related field. Certification in Compliance is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Governance/Audit or a similar role in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Thoroughness in reviewing reports and compiling information accurately.
  • Capacity to identify issues and propose revisions.
