About the Role:
  1. As our ideal candidate, you'll establish and maintain quality management frameworks (e.g., EFQM, ISO) to drive service excellence.
  2. You'll develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Our team relies on your expertise in leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
  4. Customer experience (CX) analysis and feedback will inform your approach to service enhancements and improvements.
  5. You'll engage with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong technical knowledge of IT/tech quality management frameworks such as EFQM and ISO standards.
  2. Proven experience in service performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.
  3. Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  5. Certifications such as EFQM Assessor, ISO Lead Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma are an asset.
  6. Able to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
