Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative campaigns and initiatives that set new benchmarks in marketing creativity.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced AI tools to optimize content production and automate workflows, thereby boosting efficiency.
  • Oversee a creative production team, including graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, and art directors, to enhance and scale creative outputs across multiple products.
  • Develop creative strategies and presentations based on insights gathered from diverse stakeholders for various products and brands.
  • Design scalable visual content across multiple formats to facilitate diverse storytelling and personalized customer journeys.
  • Refine and manage creative templates and resources, leveraging AI for improved efficiency and dynamism, while providing use cases and demonstrations for partners.
  • Automate repetitive tasks within design software to enhance creative capabilities, utilizing AI wherever feasible.
  • Transform concepts into high-quality deliverables across campaigns, including print, digital, paid, organic social media, email, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing on formats and creatives across digital platforms and owned media.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication of milestones to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize reporting tools to assess asset performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Review artwork and video performance metrics, analyzing trends to inform future creative direction.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of product creative strategies and educate cross-functional partners and team members on the latest developments.
  • Act as a brand steward, consistently articulating and executing brand communication in alignment with the company’s tone, values, and visual standards.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in production or creative roles, either in-house or at an agency.
  • A strong commitment to mentoring and fostering skill development, with the ability to inspire creativity and innovation within the team.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, with preference given to candidates fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and MidJourney.
  • Previous experience or education in prompt engineering is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
