Property Finder Client Manager

About the RoleThe Customer Success Partner is responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales experiences to our valued clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing customer relationships, driving adoption, and achieving business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all questions and concerns.
- Value Enhancement: Represent best practices regarding PF products and services to the customer to ensure maximum value from their investment.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Consult with clients to jointly establish goals and the metrics used to evaluate progress towards those goals to align expectations for maximum client success.
- Health Metrics Monitoring: Monitor health metrics to conduct reviews with clients using established metrics and reporting to ensure they are on track to meet goals and to remedy results that are off track.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify CSQL's during customer check-ins to support revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Leverage technology to increase efficiencies and make processes scalable.
- Sales Support: Partner with sales to provide needed support and resources throughout the customer's lifecycle so they can achieve revenue targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in a SAAS/Subscription environment, preferably managing multi-million AED quota and helping business owners to deliver ROI.
- Skills and Qualifications: Robust business and financial acumen, P & L expertise is a plus; Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills; Exceptional oral and written communication skills internally and externally; Focused, reliable, and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.
- Tools and Technologies: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, experience in real estate media, tech, software, advertising, and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Arabic preferred.
