Key Responsibilities:

  2. Build and maintain a rich database of customer contacts, demographics, and behavioral drivers to inform marketing campaigns.
  3. Oversee website updates, collaborate with web developers to ensure user-friendly navigation, and create engaging content for the website, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
  4. Plan, execute, optimize, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across various digital and social media platforms.
  5. Analyze marketing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Design brand guidelines for communications, collateral, media, and packaging.
  7. Create sales decks to capture new business, launch new products, and accelerate category growth.
  8. Organize and manage industry events such as GulfFood and hospitality awards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
  1. 8-10 years' experience in B2B brand development, FMCG, or food and beverage distribution, with a strong track record of developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
  2. Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills to analyze key metrics and maximize ROI.
  3. Digital and social media marketing expertise.
  4. UAE driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Currently living in the United Arab Emirates, with the ability to live and work in Dubai.
  2. Excellent command of English to create grammatically correct English content.
  3. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales to align with brand growth objectives.
  4. Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:

Bachelor's degree

Certification:

Certification in marketing is a strong advantage – Google Analytics
