The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Technology or a Management graduate from a reputed institute and previous experience in category management with an online retailer. They will possess exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for understanding customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Range Planning: Collaborate with Senior Buyers to update Range Plans for each season prior to buying trips.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with Design Teams for development packs and artworks.
  • Order Fulfillment: Dispatch development packs to vendors, follow up on costing sheets, and send purchase orders.
  • Buyer Support: Assist Senior Buyers during seasonal buying trips, oversee product approvals, and monitor vendor payments.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare final seasonal Range Plans for VM, Retail, and Warehouse Teams, and update Buying Summaries for budget updates.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor store-level sales, identify gaps, and work with Retail Teams to address issues.
