  • Coordinate routine checks, monitoring quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, maintaining accurate records and updating staff on changes.
  • Manage patient contact details and internal documents, upholding confidentiality and data security.
  • Coordinate with Lab and Radiology departments, facilitating efficient communication and accurate reporting.
  • Arrange visiting doctor's appointments and coordinate Radio Talk sessions, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Supervise front office administration, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule and implement monthly duty rosters, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor employee attendance, reporting any issues promptly and taking corrective action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
