Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Preservation Activities: Coordinate and supervise the activities of the preservation team to ensure that preservation tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage Preservation Data: Collect, track, and verify preservation data to ensure that equipment is preserved in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide Reporting and Auditing: Provide regular reporting and auditing to ensure that preservation activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Preservation Database: Manage the preservation database to ensure that all preservation data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Manage Preservation Auditing and Inspection Schedule: Develop and manage the preservation auditing and inspection schedule to ensure that equipment is preserved in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Assist with Vendor and Fabrication Site Oversight: Assist with vendor and fabrication site oversight to ensure that preservation activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Setup Preservation Database and Auditing Schedule: Set up the preservation database and auditing schedule to ensure that all preservation data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Assist with Vendor Preservation Enrollment and Training: Assist with vendor preservation enrollment and training to ensure that all preservation activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Evidence of formal mechanical engineering, electrical, or instrumentation and electrical education.
  • Experience: Significant experience in similar positions, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and reliability.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience of multicultural project teams and management and supervision of vendors/suppliers.
