Customer Service Operations Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager - Customer Support to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact centre, ensuring that all activities are carried out in an efficient manner and consistent with operating procedures and policy.
Key Responsibilities- Team Supervision: Organise and supervise the work of assigned team members to ensure that all work within a specific area of activity is carried out efficiently.
- Work Process Improvement: Continuously review work processes for improvement and provide effective supervision to support staff development.
- On-the-Job Training: Provide training and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their overall development.
- Culture Establishment: Promote the organisation's values and ethics in all activities within the team to establish a value-driven culture.
The successful candidate will handle a team of customer service representatives providing 24/7 support to our customers. They will maintain service levels as per SLA and conduct quality calls evaluations. Additionally, they will prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet FAB requirements.
