Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial projects from pre-contract stage through to completion, ensuring all Tarmac and client processes are followed to minimize commercial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial projects from pre-contract stage through to completion
  • Ensure all Tarmac and client processes are followed to minimize commercial risk
  • Engage and manage sub-contractors, including tender enquiries, award, and assessment of monthly payment applications
  • Support the production of monthly CVR's and produce both internal and client forecasts
  • Produce and substantiate through to agreement of associated Final Accounts
  • Prepare and submit monthly applications for payments to clients
  • Prepare and issue early warning notices and compensation events

Requirements:

  • Drive and ambition to succeed
  • Essential - NEC3/4 experience
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral, written communication, and presentation skills with strong numeracy and analytical ability
  • Process-driven with strong commercial awareness and good negotiation skills
