Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Officer to join our vibrant international team based in Dubai. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue generation.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for booking service orders, invoicing customers, and payment follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with service engineers to obtain timesheets and service reports, facilitating the preparation of invoices for customers.
  • Compile and report service team productivity data, submitting it to management for informed decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with corporate teams (treasury, taxation, HR, compliance, legal) to ensure seamless service order execution activities.
  • Interact with customers for invoice certification and payment reconciliations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Recent graduates with a major in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with the capacity to achieve goals independently while working coherently as part of a team.
