Job Overview

The Learning Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational compliance training is maintained, and all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate and up-to-date. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including Country L&D managers, Operations Managers, and Production Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate all training-related programs for up to 50 members in a session.
  • Performance Tracking: Track performance, including learning curve and quality, and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance.
  • Training Documentation: Create training documents using software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing tools to design effective training content.
  • Process Implementation: Monitor adherence to established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects.
A Day in the Life
  • Ticket Management: Manage ticketing systems and ensure tickets are closed within expected timelines.
  • Process Coaching: Manage Process Coaching Programs and ensure daily expectations are met.
  • Daily Goals: Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
  • Partnerships: Partner with operations leaders to execute new hire onboarding and training.
  • Performance Management: Verify performance management processes are followed and retraining is completed on time.
