Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Engineer to join our team at SERCO Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical installations, including lighting, emergency lighting, and small power systems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other technical staff to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement procedures for routine maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements

  • Possession of a vocational training certificate in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or another relevant MEP maintenance and repair qualification.
  • At least three years of experience in building services, maintenance, and/or facilities management.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical equipment, power supply, distribution systems, and associated lighting and control systems in commercial or other facilities management environments.
