The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets from branches and external customers, ensuring business conversion and compliance.
Key responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, tapping walk-in customers, and maintaining accurate records of products sold.
A daily sales report will be submitted to the Branch Manager, providing regular feedback on target achievement and sales activities.
The successful candidate will also promote current promotions and offers to enhance sales, approach existing and new customers, and conduct cold calling, telephonic, and field visits for business conversion.
Familiarity with Banking Products, Services, and Operations is essential, as well as customer insights and relationship management skills.
Requirements:
- Fresher's / minimum 1 - 2 years of experience
