  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously refine strategies.
  • Develop and manage link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on SEO performance, including traffic patterns, ranking fluctuations, lead performance, and return on investment.
  • Work alongside web developers to ensure the proper implementation of SEO best practices in newly developed code.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for optimizing local and international SEO, taking into account linguistic and cultural variances across different markets.
  • Aim to position the company's websites on the first search page for the top 50 keywords identified as most relevant for lead conversion.
  • Oversee SEO optimization in multiple languages including English, Russian, Arabic, German, French, and Chinese.
  • Utilize and enhance all major SEO platforms such as Google SEO, Google Maps, Yandex SEO, Bing SEO, and others as per the established strategy.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies for both local and international websites.
  • Proven track record of increasing leads and qualified prospects from key markets.
  • Proficient in utilizing SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and techniques (keyword research, SEO auditing, on-page optimization).
  • Capability to optimize content in English, Russian, Arabic, German, French, and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, assess, and report on SEO performance and traffic trends using top-tier tools.
  • Experience collaborating with content creators to embed SEO best practices into content development.
