This position guarantees that projects are executed within financial constraints while adhering to all contractual and fiscal responsibilities. The Senior Specialist will collaborate closely with the project management team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-caliber projects on schedule and within budgetary limits.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Estimation
    • Develop comprehensive financial plans and budgets for aluminium and glazing initiatives.
    • Perform meticulous takeoffs and material quantity assessments based on drawings and specifications.
    • Generate precise financial estimates for bids and proposals, encompassing labor, materials, and overhead costs.
  2. Contract Management
    • Oversee contracts to ensure adherence to stipulated terms and conditions.
    • Draft and evaluate contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs), rate schedules, and specifications.
    • Handle variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring prompt resolution while minimizing expenses.
  3. Cost Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track project expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
    • Compile regular financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial statements.
    • Conduct cost analysis and offer recommendations for cost-saving strategies and efficiency enhancements.
  4. Procurement and Subcontractor Oversight
