Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and deliver water infrastructure projects in the Middle East, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering projects that meet their requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in hydrology and water infrastructure design, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest technical standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering water infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software tools, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and clients.
