Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Maintain and update employee records and benefits files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
  • Benefits Processing: Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Employee Communication: Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs, resolving benefit-related issues and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, negotiate and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans, and evaluate the efficiency and value of current benefit programs.
