In this role as a Crew Member, you will be part of our growing Dubai Festival City branch. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every time and being trained in different positions in the restaurant.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempting to resolve simple customer queries and referring difficult customer queries to Managers.
  • Adhering to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses.
  • Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively inputting efforts to achieve these.
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking of workstations, upkeep of restroom and terrace areas, and any other daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Following basic essentials - uniforms, grooming, and punctuality and strictly following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements and practices.
  • Using the company cash register accurately and maintaining proper control of company assets.
  • Working as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management.

This role requires:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills.
