Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive for Minor International, you will play a key role in promoting our luxury hospitality brand across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain five social media accounts for Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content calendars to drive follower growth and audience engagement.
  • Create, curate, and edit visual and written content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with the brand's voice and strategy.
  • Collaborate with influencers and PR agencies to execute content creation briefs and achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Manage property websites and OTA content updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
