Job Title: Acute Medicine Specialist Consultant

SearchPlus HR Dubai is seeking an experienced Acute Medicine Specialist Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our acute medical unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and Treat Acute Medical Conditions: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat acute medical conditions promptly and effectively.
  • Manage In-Patient Medical Cases: Ensure that in-patient medical cases are managed appropriately, and patients receive the best possible care.
  • Perform Specialized Procedures: Perform specialized procedures such as lumbar puncture, paracentesis, and pleural aspiration as required.
  • Develop Patient Care Pathways: Develop and implement patient care pathways to optimize healthcare outcomes.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance within the acute medical unit to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree and Specialty Qualification: Hold a medical degree and specialty qualification in Acute Medicine.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Acute Medicine Specialist/Consultant.
  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language.
  • Healthcare Database Proficiency: Proficiency in using healthcare databases and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient Record Management: Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of acute medical conditions, procedures, and diagnostics.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
