Job Title: Acute Medicine Specialist

SearchPlus HR Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Acute Medicine Specialist to join our team. As an Acute Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with acute medical conditions in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to make accurate and prompt diagnoses.
  • Procedure Performance: Perform procedures such as central line insertions, lumbar punctures, and chest tube placements as needed.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes, and provide effective communication and education to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree and License: Medical degree and valid license as an Acute Medicine Doctor.
  • Residency Program: Completion of a residency program in Acute Medicine.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Proven experience in diagnosing and managing acute medical conditions, strong knowledge of acute medicine principles and best practices, and proficiency in performing common acute care procedures.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple cases, as well as strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
