  • Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, such as ISO 19650.
  • Develop the baseline schedule for teams at the start of each task and track progress against the original baseline schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape, Urban Planning, or Urban Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of demonstrable experience in BIM/CAD design production and previous working role as a BIM Coordinator or Sr. BIM Specialist.
  • In-depth working knowledge of current Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Revit, with proficiency in BIM/CAD processes.
  • Experience with BIM/CAD instruction and training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, management, and project personnel on technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Preferred automation skills, such as Revit API, Dynamo, AutoCAD Automations LISP, and Macros.
  • In-depth knowledge of CDE Project Setups, ISO BIM Workflows, and industry-standard BIM and CAD, familiarity with international standards related to BIM/CAD, such as ISO 19650.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with different personality types.
  • Potential to perform in a lead capacity, providing technical guidance to BIM/CAD Team Leads and technicians, and mentoring staff on technical aspects.
