The Customer Care Unit (CCU) is responsible for resolving customer requests and ensuring that they receive the best possible service.

As a Senior Relationship Officer, you will be an integral part of this team and play a key role in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Quality: Ensure that the CCU team meets agreed service level targets and delivers exceptional service to our customers.
  2. Training and Motivation: Provide necessary training and motivation to develop a team of staff capable of delivering exceptional service.
  3. Cost Control: Manage costs within the unit to enable improvement of profitability and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and motivating teams of people.
  • Graduate with 5 years' experience within customer service industry, banking specific.
  • Experience of working within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Good knowledge of local work legislation applicable to the call centre environment.
