Job Overview:

As a Receptionist cum Admin, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and transferring to relevant personnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area and office supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

In addition to these tasks, you will support administrative tasks and scheduling, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Confidentiality is also paramount, as you will work closely with sensitive client information.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is essential, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, as you will be utilizing various software applications to perform tasks efficiently. Finally, excellent communication and organizational skills are non-negotiable, enabling you to navigate complex situations with poise and professionalism.
