We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and excellent spoken and written communication abilities to join our Rooms Division team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
Your key responsibilities will include handling internal and external calls, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining the functionality of the Connectivity Center as the central communication hub of the resort. You will also work closely with the Connectivity Centre Manager to ensure that all guest interactions meet the highest standards of personalized service and attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a customer service background, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. You should also be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and communicate effectively in English and/or another language. Computer literacy, including relevant software and experience in using an Opera system, is essential.
Suitable candidates will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, have a positive attitude, and be willing to go beyond the obvious in every task assigned. If you are a motivated individual who is committed to making every detail count, then we would like to hear from you.
