Position Overview

  • Deliver comprehensive instruction across all facets of the English curriculum.
  • Assess and enhance students' academic performance, behavior, and social/emotional growth.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and interests, both individually and in group settings.
  • Provide a range of materials and resources to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
  • Design and implement a balanced instructional program that encourages observation, inquiry, and exploration.
  • Develop and execute remedial programs for students needing additional support.
  • Offer guidance and counseling to students facing academic challenges or possessing unique academic interests.
  • Identify students exhibiting signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related issues and collaborate with supervisors, parents, or guardians, as well as the SEN Department.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate student records, preparing reports as required by KHDA and the institution.
  • Evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, and projects.
  • Administer standardized assessments and interpret results to gauge students' developmental levels and needs.
  • Prepare for classes and provide documented evidence of preparation upon request from supervisors.
  • Incorporate various technologies into the classroom to create meaningful learning experiences for students of all ages.


Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in the UAE
3. Teaching Diploma/License/Certificate
4. IELTS score of 7 or above
5. ADEK approval

Compensation

Salary: AED 4500


Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
