Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ESL Teacher to join our team at Hub Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and positive classroom environment, preparing course materials, and grading student assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their language skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to provide a positive learning experience for students.
  • Stay up-to-date with new teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an ESL teacher or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various methods of teaching English to non-native speakers.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A calm and resilient personality.
  • Ability to handle classroom crises.
  • ESL or TESOL certification.
  • Degree in English Language, English Literature, or similar field.
