- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, packaging, and product design.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Design Knowledge and Understanding: A keen understanding of design trends, materials, and production processes.
- Adaptability and Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
