Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design rationales and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams.
  • Produce high-quality visual designs, including icons, graphics, and marketing materials, for desktop, web, and mobile devices.
  • Create designs that emphasize our brand, reflect our voice, and inject beauty and life into our products.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive visual representation across all platforms.
  • Lay out mockups and wireframes for app screens and webpages.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriting team to create cohesive designs that amplify the verbal message.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in design, UI, and UX.
  • Share insights and innovations with the team to continually improve our design processes and finished products.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by junior team members.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with design systems that work across complex products.
  • Interaction design sensibility.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
  • Strong core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color effectively.
  • Ability to create style guides for cross-functional use.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
