Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to join our client's team in Dubai for a 6-month contract. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 5-7 years of experience as a 360 Recruiter, and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.

You will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct initial phone screens, schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, manage the offer process, and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

In addition, you will maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies, cultivate a positive candidate experience, and advise on competitive compensation and benefits packages.
