Financial Operations Coordinator

At Sure Global Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Expense Management: Create and update expense reports, process reimbursement forms, and prepare bank deposits.
  • Financial Data Entry: Enter financial transactions into internal databases and check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Invoice Management: Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed, and review and file payroll documents.
  • Audit Support: Participate in quarterly and annual audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
