About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Manager, including handling calls, drafting correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers on behalf of the Manager, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, both internal and external, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage department attendance and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High school graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience in a similar role.
