About the Job

As a Global Import Export Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of import and export logistics operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate import and export logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve logistical issues proactively to optimize delivery timelines.
  • Analyze key logistics performance indicators such as shipping costs, transit times, and inventory levels to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in logistics, import/export coordination, and international supply chain management.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in logistics management systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
