  • Professional Development: Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate or land administration.
  • Professional Qualifications: Full member of RICS.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial valuations and market appraisals.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of valuation methodology, RICS Code of Conduct, and RICS International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS). Strong numeric and analytical skills, with extensive Excel experience.
