Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer behavior data, including sales trends, customer demographics, and purchase history.

  • Product Feedback: Provide pre-buying feedback on products, ensuring that our inventory meets customer demand and preferences.
  • Culture and Experience: Drive employee net promoter score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and culture, ensuring that our team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining a consistent and appealing store environment.
  • Customer Data: Ensure that customer data is properly captured and stored, in accordance with marketing team requirements.
  • Loyalty Program: Promote our loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings and promotions.
  • In-Store Events: Support in-store marketing events and activations, ensuring a engaging and memorable experience for customers.
  • Brand Awareness: Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns, ensuring that our online presence is consistent and engaging.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sell-throughs within the store, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • CX Initiatives: Support in-store customer experience initiatives, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
