Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team at PrecisionHire Solutions. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in creating a strong design concept for clients
  • Ensure customer commitments are met on time through follow-ups on purchases/orders/deliveries and addressing any issues
  • Meet client design specifications through follow-up communication, home visits, and setup
  • Prepare work briefs based on client interaction and secondary research
  • Provide detailed assistance to clients during the selection process of fabrics, color palettes, window treatments, lighting, carpets, floor tiles, artwork, paint, and accessories
  • Prepare accurate and error-free detailed drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes using computer-aided design software (AutoCAD)
  • Identify and understand the structural requirements of the design solution with a focus on health and safety issues, building codes, and other relevant technical aspects
  • Combine the Home Centre offer with appropriate selection of other elements to create a better solution for the homes
  • Prepare detailed order documents
  • Prepare the program for site/home and prepare status reports on a weekly basis
  • Produce mood boards for presentation to clients
  • Finish plans/layouts and specification/BOQ

Requirements:

  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge in space planning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Team player and able to adapt to a new environment quickly

Location: United Arab Emirates
