About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in a senior management position. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural site operations, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee structural site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
  • Lead site supervision activities, conducting regular inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to coordinate structural design activities with site operations.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold structural integrity and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead by example in promoting safety, innovation, and professionalism on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site operations and high-rise tower projects.
  • Proven track record of successful site supervision and project management in the UAE, preferably with renowned developers or engineering firms.
  • Strong technical proficiency in structural analysis software and design codes relevant to high-rise construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
