Requirements
  1. Education: College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Communication Skills: Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Arabic, are a plus).
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to express departmental goals and ultimately produce desired results.
  4. Organizational Skills: Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  5. Time Management: Time management and multi-tasking skills to deliver timely action, even under pressure.
  6. Hands-on Attitude: A hands-on attitude, backed by a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
  7. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with owning company, general manager, and project managers.
