Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Manage incoming deliveries, store items properly, and issue inventory items as per requisitions from various hotel departments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Purchase Orders: Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish stock as needed, while minimizing overstocking and waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of inventory items.
