Job Description

The role of the Inventory Management Specialist is to maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing the warehouse; and supervising staff. This position requires effective management of supplier relations and coordination with colleagues to ensure prompt delivery of materials, adequate stock levels against requirements, and minimizing deadstock.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.
  2. Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
  3. Manage the store layout.
  4. Supervise other staff members and keep records of sales.
  5. Receive, upload, and shelve all supplies.
  6. Coordinate and handle freight and movement of products.
  7. Organize inventory allocation in the warehouse and store.
  8. Cross-verify monthly reports.
  9. Complete documentation for ordering and purchases.
  10. Generate timely material received reports.
  11. Implement first-in-first-out storage method.
  12. Maintain optimal employee workflow.
