We are working on a large low-rise residential project in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and are seeking a highly experienced Quality Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) and a strong understanding of quality management principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the development of quality plans and procedures.
- Coordinating quality inspections and audits to ensure high-quality construction works.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams on quality matters.
- Developing and implementing corrective actions to address non-conformance issues.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in residential projects, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- In-depth knowledge of residential developments, including regulations, best practices, and emerging trends within Abu Dhabi.
- Experience of producing and meeting requirements of Inspection and Test Plans.
- Excellent record-keeping and data management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to discuss technical aspects with other technical and non-technical individuals.
- A good understanding of Quality within the Design Process.
- A high level of attention to detail.
