Milserve is seeking a highly skilled African Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven ability to drive business growth and expansion in the African region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business in the oil field sector, particularly in Africa. This will involve studying market trends, catering to customer requirements, and liaising between departments to ensure customer needs are met.
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel extensively within Africa and will have a strong understanding of the regional business landscape. Additionally, they will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market research and trend analysis

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of general trading experience in sales
- Institutional sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
