  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including safety metrics, equipment uptime, and maintenance completion rates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and facilities, to ensure seamless equipment maintenance and repair processes.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment technologies and maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on mobile equipment and heavy machinery.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, speed, and feed systems, hydraulics, and controller programs.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance systems such as MAXIMO and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
