We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Planning Specialist to join our team at the RTA. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Nationalization Plans, analyzing manpower needs, and developing operating manpower policies and systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement Nationalization Plans that meet departmental requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  2. Prepare Manpower budgets for review by the Manpower Planning Committee, considering factors such as labor market trends and organizational needs.

  3. Analyze manpower needs and identify requirements, providing recommendations to support informed decision-making.

  4. Design and implement operating manpower policies and systems, aligning with best practices and industry standards.

  5. Participate in formalizing processes, procedures, and standards related to manpower planning and budgeting, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Planning.
  • Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and HR law of Dubai government.
