MENA Recruit Pty Ltd is hiring a Fiduciary Services Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with our client, a leading offshore international law firm, to administer a portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in company formation with offshore jurisdictions, handling a large portfolio of entities. They must also possess strong administrative skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of entities across various special purpose vehicles;
- Assist with client onboarding and KYC requests;
- Prepare corporate documents and transaction documents;
- Maintain transaction documents in Filesite;
- Input transaction data into relevant systems;
- Organize client files and correspondence;
- Prepare transaction charts and assist with compliance approvals;
- Support invoicing and receivable collections;
- Monitor compliance certificates;
- Assist with checklists and file setup/closure.
The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of an Associate degree and have at least four years of relevant experience. They must also possess strong administrative skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently is required.
