  • Guarantee the secure custody of all collected cash transactions.
  • Supervise all cash-related transactions at the Customer Service Point.
  • Document daily transactions and perform daily account reconciliations.
  • Compile and present departmental activity reports.
  • Detect and report any discrepancies in transactions.

Operational Duties:

  • Maintain a tidy and organized checkout environment.
  • Monitor and restock printed stationery supplies as necessary.
  • Effectively manage customer queues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safely handle and manage collected cash.

Customer Experience:

  • Accurately process transactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with experience in auditing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and demonstrate punctuality.
  • Exhibit a high level of accuracy and comfort with computer systems.
  • Possess strong mathematical, organizational, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language is advantageous.
