About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RM Technician to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of completion and liner systems to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble completion and liner systems under close supervision, adhering to our Operational Excellence and Performance Standards (OEPS).
  2. Equipment Preparation and Testing: Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of completion equipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
  3. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  4. Process Improvement: Implement mandatory modifications to mitigate non-productive time and enhance field service delivery performance, driving continuous improvement in our operations.
  5. Client Support: Attend client locations when necessary to carry out repair and maintenance tasks, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Compliance and Quality: Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and quality system requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs, facilitating efficient tracking and analysis.
  8. Professional Development: Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  9. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management and equipment tracking, ensuring accurate records and efficient logistics.
Requirements
  1. Education: Possess a college degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in completion Subassembly.
  3. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures meticulously, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  4. Commitment to Learning: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive learning plan, including computer-based modules and classroom training, to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  5. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  6. Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development and training, staying current with industry developments and best practices.
