KeyResponsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble completionand liner systems under close supervision, adhering toWeatherford's Operational Excellence and PerformanceStandards (OEPS)
- Assist senior workshoppersonnel in the preparation and testing of completionequipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, andperform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipmentand tools
- Implement mandatory modifications tomitigate non-productive time and enhance field service deliveryperformance
- Attend client locations whennecessary to carry out repair and maintenancetasks
- Comply with all safety rules, companypolicies, and quality systemrequirements
- Maintain accurate records anddocumentation of equipment maintenance andrepairs
- Participate in training programs toenhance technical knowledge and skills
- Assistin inventory management and equipmenttracking
Requirements
- Possess a college degree inEngineering or a related scientificfield
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience incompletion Subassembly
- Ability to follow workinstructions and standard operating proceduresmeticulously
- Willingness to undergo acomprehensive learning plan, including computer-based modules andclassroom training
- Relevant industrycertifications are a plus
- Commitment to ongoingprofessional development andtraining
